Delivering Big Green Boxes of Cheer to
SSM Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hopsital
Northwestern Mutual in St. Louis held a “Team Build” on January 7th where our office dug in and built all the boxes that were delivered to SSM Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital during a “Cheeriodicals Day” on January 8th. Cheeriodicals are big green boxes filled with age appropriate magazines, toys, puzzles, crafts and more goodies that will put a smile on every child’s face.

Northwestern Mutual hosted a speaker series with Steve Forbes, chairman and editor-in-chief of Forbes Media and John Schlifske, Northwestern Mutual chairman and CEO. Forbes and Schlifske shared their perspectives on the economy, the financial markets, and the importance of having a sound financial game plan in place regardless of market conditions. As part of an ongoing partnership, Northwestern Mutual and Forbes have spoken about the economy to more than 21,000 people in more than 30 cities since 2010.
